Fundamentally, we are clinicians serving clinicians. With 14 years of collective experience in both NHS frontlines and private care, we offer a unique perspective from your typical supplier. Having experienced firsthand the frustration of subpar products; is the reason we refuse to stock and supply products that we wouldn’t use ourselves.

After years of dealing with suppliers, we couldn’t shake the dissatisfaction with their customer service. It was frustrating when dealing with large call centres who did not know where the parcel was or when being forced to communicate with a chatbot. For us, we want our customers to be central to our entire operation. Accessible always in whatever form of communication is best for you.
